Horrible customer service and very slow!!! I was told my order would take 15 minutes. There was 2 tables of people in the restaurant, so it was not that busy. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for a to-go lunch special at 1pm on a Thursday. The woman was very rude and didn't even bring me the food to the hostess counter where I made my order, the same spot where people are normally given their orders. Instead, she made me walk over to the kitchen and wedge in between two close tables of people. When I made my way over she just gave me the bag and walked away without looking at me. After checking, I noticed there was no to go silverware. I asked for some and she told me they had none and turned away again. I then asked for chilli *** and she said she had none to go. The only positive thing was the food. It was delicious which is the only reason they get a two star review. I'm never ordering from here again. There are far better ******* restaurant's in Portland that are cleaner, better organized and do not have some sour, ***, rude lady running it.

Dont know what happend to this place, but it ised to be good. They went down hill *****. -the food is either over cooked, or not cooked enough. -they use way too much ***. Lots of *** is common in asianic foods, but this place might as well ask of you want a side of what ever your eating with your gallon of cooking ***. -the back door to the restaurant that leads into the kitchen is always open, and they rarely have the screen shut, of you peer in while walking by, they stack tub of chow mein noodles on the floor. Tubs that dont have lids i might add. On my most recent visit i walked in and noticed it was mildly busy. I was aware there might be a slight wait for my order to be taken, and for me to recieve my food. The waitress looked at me, akowledging my presence and continued to wait her table. I was ok with this. She has a *** to do, so i perused the menu while i waited my turn. I noticed after she hit all the tables and ran food out she went to the other counter and sat down. This was 10 minutes after i arrived. I figured maybe she needed a break, so i continued to review the menu. 15 minutes went by before i realized she was up waiting the tables again. I stopd there for yet another 10 minutes, i had been ******** the clock, before she finally came over. Worst attitude ever. She seemed almost appauld i would wait that long for take out, and acted as if i was some huge inconvenience to her time. Having been here before, i ordered what i always do. When i asked her to sub the fried rice for chow mein she told me she couldnt. Instead of arguing, i simply said that fried rice was fine. It was late, i was hungry, tired, and ready to be home after a long days ****. She took my card and went to run it for the cost of my order. She then turned back to me and asked for my pin number. I toldbher i wasnt going to give out that ******* information, and asked why she hadnt just ran the card as credit. I even glanced at the card machine, it was an *** ***** reader, not chip, and there is no need for a pin on those. She said i could either give her my pin, or leave. I asked for my card back and left. It is absolutely bizarre that someone would so blatantly ask for such ******* information, and be so rude about it. Never going back. I advise all to steer clear.

This review is 100% based on the *******-******* food. ****** style. None of those American-******* sweet and sour chicken stuff. The kind where you DON'T get a fortune cookie. Here it goes! You can bring your own seafood and the chef can cook it for you, which is amazing! **** ******* style seafood. Their fish/oyster dishes are awesome- great price and good portions. Special pricing dishes are around $7-8, generous portion and cooked fresh. Not refrigerated, fresh out of the kitchen. All of the items on the special pricing are delicious. Pretty much tried them all. Unlimited rice, attentive and ***** waitress, free long soup (which is AMAZING!), fruit and/or ******* dessert. Never met the chef/owner but he can definitely cook some traditional ******* dishes. The interior looks like it could use an upgrade or remodeling, but it's very ****** friendly and it's cleaner than most restaurants!
